Up to $275kbase + Negotiable (DOE)
$30,000 Sign on Bonus
Relocation

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine Medical Director(FM)

Family Medicine Medical Director- Lead a passionate team in a mission-driven FQHC
60% Clinical/ 40% Administrative
Outpatient – 16-20 Patients/day
Minimal Call- 1:7 phone only
Work in a supportive environment with excellent staff and a collaborative team

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine Medical Director (FM)

MD/DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
Experience with FQHC’s or in rural medicine is highly preferred
