COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)

Up to $300,000 with clinical experience
Sign-on Bonus is $20,000, another $10,000 paid every 6 months
Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage + 403B Investment Program
PTO days and 8 Holidays + 1 Floating Day
CME: 5 days for $3,000

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)

Outpatient clinic only with bread and butter cases
Monday to Friday with 4 hours a week for administrative time
No weekends or after-hours coverage
Student Loan Repayment: Allen County, Indiana has a HPSA score of 21 for Primary Care

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)

Board Eligible or Board Certified is accepted
Will consider Visa Candidates at this time
Open to late-career physicians
Good bedside manners, warm personality, compassionate with patients
