What will you do?
- Answering of phones/radio/text messaging for product requests
- Creating transfers for the movement of stock during a game
- Checking and verifying orders for accuracy
- Auditing and filing paperwork toward end of shift
- Utilizing Inventory software to create transfers. Assisting Warehouse Managers with Excel or Word documents
- Communicating to key personnel of the operation
- Working closely with Concessions Kitchen to communicate any concession stand needs during an event
More about you
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use, and operation of standard office equipment
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills
