What will you do?
- Enter and process all suite food and beverage orders, verify accuracy, and ensure all ordering channels are captured in the system
- Prepare daily suites reports, sales and financial data, game day notes, and post‑event reports and processing
- Work directly with luxury suite members and catering contacts to establish service levels and support menu planning
- Coordinate the setup of luxury suites and pantries for game day service
- Serve as a game day supervisor, support catered events, assist with team member scheduling and check-in, and help train game day team members
- Maintain department filing systems, compose and process correspondence, answer the suites phone line, and support printing of signs and menus
- Perform other duties as assigned
More about you
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures and operation of standard office equipment
- Prior food and beverage service experience is required
- Prior supervisory and guest relations experience is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic math skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
