Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Party Suites Catering Attendants to join our team at Busch Stadium in Saint Louis, Missouri. As a Catering Attendant, you will provide outstanding guest service while serving food and beverages in a banquet setting. What will you do?
- Set up tables following the banquet event orders
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly; replenish buffet line food as needed
- Monitor guest needs, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handle any guest complaints
- Follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures
- Break down the event according to company procedures
More about you
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to take food and beverage orders and fill those orders correctly
Physical requirements
- Ability to stand or walk, including up and down stairs, for the entire length of the shift
- Ability to lift 35 pounds
- Ability to work in variable indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions
