We value your clinical knowledge and respect the deep one-on-one bond you establish with the families you care for. Of course, if you need anything, your Director of Nursing is only a phone call away we offer 24-hour, 365-day support and on-demand clinical resources.

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
Following the plan of care
Following all clinical and office policies

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
Physical from within three years
TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
Valid driver's license
G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train

$66560.00 - $74880.00 / year
