Woodridge Dental is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our compassionate and growing team! Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule Available - we are flexible!
- Monday 8:30am-5:15pm
- Tuesday 8:30am-5:15pm
- Wednesday 8:30am-5:15pm
- Thursday 9:30am-6:00pm
- Every-Other Friday 7:30am-2:00pm
Hourly Pay Rate: $50-58
60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!
SRP appointments are 60-90 minutes, flexible on hygienist need!
Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned.
Ability to earn daily + quartlery bonuses!
We have arestin, iTero, velscope + CE coverage available!
Full time is a minimum of 30HRS to receive full benefits package to include health insurance Paid Holidays, 401k, Dental, Vision, Wellness Benefits + More!

Minimum Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
- Open to both new graduate and experienced hygienists!
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
- Clinical needs as required by office
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
- As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
