An existing primary care office is seeking a talented Medical Director to lead its team in beautiful central Maine.Behavioral health support, including a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and a licensed clinical social worker provides counseling services, and social work services within the practice along with primary care with a goal to improve the health and well-being of the patients and the community as a whole, and seek a leader who shares this desire.

About the opportunity:

Hospital-employed position
100% Outpatient Family Medicine practice
Monday through Friday
Weekly schedule involves 24 clinical hours with the remainder of the time dedicated to practicing leadership

Who we are seeking:

An experienced family medicine physician with medical director experienceand a commitment to providing care to an underserved population, as well as a strong interest in team building, mentorship, and collaboration
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic (DO)
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Board-certification
