In addition, the CST-FA performs in the role of the Surgical Technologist in the Operating Room as needed. Maintains accountability for the provision of surgical instruments to the surgical team. Coordinates the care of the surgical patient with other team members. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality. Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3 years Surgical Technologist scrub experience.
Required Education: Surgical Technology experience or Graduate with a Degree in Surgical Technology or completion certification from an accredited surgical technology program preferred.
Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association
