Requirements

Associate's degree in Occupational Therapyfrom an accredited program

NBCOT certification for Occupational Therapy Assistant

Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in State of Practice

Current BLS/CPR Certification

Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver's License
