Job Description:
The Med Surg Float Pool nurse provides comprehensive patient care across multiple medical-surgical units, adapting quickly to varying patient populations and unit workflows. Nurses are expected to function independently, demonstrate strong clinical judgment, and uphold all hospital policies and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Care for patients across all inpatient Medical-Surgical units.
- Adapt to varying patient populations and unit workflows.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years Med Surg experience.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHHS.
- Strong EPIC proficiency.
- Compliance with all Temple policies, including attendance, documentation standards, and medication safety protocols.
