Job Description:
This role involves providing comprehensive care to mothers and their babies in the Birthing Center/Mother Baby unit. It requires managing labor, delivery, and postpartum care, attending deliveries, and circulating in c-sections.
Responsibilities:
- Manage labor, delivery, and postpartum care for mothers and babies.
- Attend deliveries and assist with baby care and transition.
- Circulate during c-sections independently.
- Function in Postpartum with routine mom and baby competencies.
Requirements:
- 2 years of LDRP experience; 1 year may be considered with multiple prior travel experiences.
- RNs required to titrate drips such as Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP; preferred FHM.
- Comfortable reading their own strips; familiar with Centricity-perinatal EFM System.
