The Registered Nurse Fellowship Program at PIH Health offers a structure, evidence-based training program designed to support experienced nurses seeking to move into high-acuity specialties.

One-on-one clinical preceptorship
Support from unit-based clinical nurse educators
Regular check-ins with nursing leadership
Peer support throughout your fellowship journey

Active RN license
Minimum of 1 year RN experience in acute care settings
