Critical Care APP - Pocono (NP)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $133000.00 - $170000.00

A major US medical group in the Poconos seeks a Critical Care NP or PA to join its skilled ICU team.

Opportunity Highlights

Join a collaborative team of physicians and APP providers and work 100% at a high-performing hospital
The incoming Critical Care NP or PA will enjoy a balanced schedule with no call responsibilities and provide 12 shifts per month of coverage, with additional shifts calculated at an hourly rate
Earn attractive financial incentives, including a VIP incentive bonus of up to $7,500 annually, a signing bonus of $20,000 (with a 3-year commitment), and a relocation reimbursement of $10,000
Full-time is preferred, but part-time may be considered
Candidates without prior ICU experience will likely not be considered due to the autonomy of the position
