Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $700000.00 - $1000000.00

Join a well-established, physician-owned orthopedic group renowned for compassionate, collaborative, high-quality care. Due to the retirement of a surgeon who has served the community for 33 years, we’re seeking a 100% Sports Medicine specialist to step into immediate patient volume with a robust referral network. You’ll enjoy a 2-year partnership track, ownership options across ancillaries, and >$1.1M earning potential, all within a collegial team of 12 orthopedic surgeons and strong mid-level support.

Opportunity Highlights

Practice Model: Fully physician-owned orthopedic clinic with a full continuum of ancillary services
Scope:100% Sports Medicine; 2.5 days of OR block time weekly
Growth & Volume: Immediate cases + established referral base; game coverage at both college and high school levels
Partnership & Ownership:2-year partnership track; ownership options in the practice, ASC, physical therapy, imaging, and walk-in clinic
Team & Support: Experienced staff for an efficiently run practice; APP support added after 6 months
Compensation:Seven-figure potential (> $1.1M) with ancillaries and partnership upside
