A reputable primary care practice in Sacramento, CA seeks a qualified primary care physician to join its team. This unique opportunity offers the chance to join a team dedicated to efficient, collaborative care while living and working in one of California's largest and most affordable communities.

·Outpatient primary care – see all ages or focus on only adults
·4-day workweek option and No call required
·Competitive base salary up to $320,000 + annual performance-based incentives
·Up to $325,000 in recruitment incentives + relocation assistance

Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) required
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of California
