We are currently recruiting two Primary Care Physicians to join a leading multi-specialty healthcare practice in eastern North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growth-driven team due to increasing patient volumes, market demand, and the retirement of current physicians. You'll have the chance to work in a collegial environment alongside over 30 PCPs in and a team of advanced practice providers (APPs). . Our client is the largest private medical-surgical multi-specialty healthcare practice in eastern North Carolina, with over 100 providers serving patients across Greenville, Farmville, Winterville, Kinston, and Beulaville. Established in 1965, the practice is committed to providing individualized, comprehensive, and patient-focused care. Incoming candidates can work in either the main campus location or one of the outpatient clinics in the surrounding areas.

- 100% Outpatient Primary Care
- Guaranteed base salary in Year 1 and 2
- Take home 100% of profits as shareholder thereafter
- Shareholder Physicians earn between $400K-$725K

- 16+ Patients Only, No Pediatrics
- Extensive Referral Network - Majority of specialties in-house
- Light Call: 2-3 Days per month, phone only

Qualifications
- Candidates must be eligible for medical licensure in the State of North Carolina and must be board-eligible or certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Medical degree required
