Cardiac Anesthesiology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8;On Call Pay Rate: $376.36 - $407.40

This facility is seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Call & requirements: Beeper call preferred; weekday and weekend call rotation approximately Q9 over 6 months (12 weekdays and 9 weekends); call is taken as part of a physician/CRNA team with backup physician on second call; cardiac call is required
Supervision vs independent: Medically directed model with 1:2 or 1:3 ratio; physicians supervise CRNAs for most cases; all cardiac cases are personally performed by the physician
EMR: Epic
Certifications required: Board Certification required; TEE proficiency (image acquisition and basic diagnostics); ACLS/BLS not specified but typically required
Number of operating rooms: 19 OR suites in-house, plus 1 endo room, additional coverage across 26 anesthesia locations including affiliated ASC, endo center, and Westfield Memorial Hospital
License required or accepting IMLC: Active Pennsylvania license required; IMLC status not specified
