Join United Health Services Wilson Medical Center, a respected, not-for-profit health system in New York’s Southern Tier, as an orthopedic hand surgeon. This opportunity offers an established patient base, dependable operating room access, and the support of a collaborative orthopedic team that values efficiency and surgeon autonomy.

You’ll build a hand-focused practice within a hospital-employed model designed for long-term sustainability. The role features a predictable weekday schedule, strong clinical and administrative support, and the flexibility to shape your career. Teaching opportunities are available but optional.

Opportunity Highlights

· Practice exclusive orthopedic hand surgery aside from general departmental call

· 7-figure base compensation ($1,000,000+), plus signing bonus and relocation assistance

· Established volumes with opportunity to increase productivity

· Dedicated physician assistant and experienced clinical support staff

· Join a nine-physician orthopedic department supported by 18 orthopedic APPs

· Level II Trauma Center coverage with shared call rotation

· Optional academic affiliation and teaching involvement
