RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Provide direct care for acutely and critically ill patients at high risk for life-threatening health problems
• Perform intensive monitoring, assessments, and interventions in critical care setting
• Work with patients requiring advanced medical care and life support systems
• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
• AHA ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications preferred
• Previous ICU experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent verification required due to College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements for moderate complexity testing
• Must demonstrate advanced knowledge and experience in critical care nursing
• Ability to work in high-acuity environment with complex patient cases

This regional medical center operates a comprehensive Intensive Care Unit designed to provide specialized care for critically ill patients. The facility maintains advanced monitoring capabilities and life support systems to deliver intensive care services. The ICU department focuses on providing high-quality critical care through experienced nursing staff and state-of-the-art medical equipment, ensuring optimal outcomes for patients with life-threatening conditions.
