EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
- GSR ICU-CCU:
  - AHA ACLS, PALS and TNCC preferred.
  - Previous ICU experience preferred.
  - Verification of high school diploma
