20 shifts per month
16 patient nighttime census
Night shifts 4 pm - 2 am in house, 2 am - 6 am call from hotel
Inpatient pediatrics only -- no deliveries or nursery
Three senior residents assigned for support
Night calls are rare and typically handled remotely
PALS certification required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
