On-Site Industrial Clinic | Monday–Friday Day Shift | Contract: February-March 2026
Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for an on-site Occupational Medicine assignment in Middlebury, Indiana.
This role offers a consistent weekday schedule, direct patient interaction in a production-based environment, and an opportunity to work closely with one of the region’s most recognized manufacturing teams.

Assignment Overview
- Location: Middlebury, Indiana
- Setting: On-Site Industrial / Occupational Medicine Clinic
- Contract Dates: February 9- March 13
- Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Contract Type: Locum Tenens (Full-Time, Ongoing Through April 2026)
Scope of Practice
- Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses
- Perform new hire and surveillance physicals
- Conduct urine drug tests (UDTs) and workplace screenings
- Provide minor injury management and urgent walk-in care
- Communicate with safety personnel, HR, and leadership teams regarding employee care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic standards
Candidate Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Indiana Nurse Practitioner License
- DEA and DOT certification not required
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Urgent Care, Primary Care, or Occupational Medicine
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
- Must be available for all scheduled coverage dates
