Lead Credit Analyst- Accounts Receivable

Position, Duties and Responsibilities:

Process customer payments (both internal and external) and ensure accurate application
Maintain accurate records and documentation of payments and processes
Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment issues
Reconcile accounts to general ledger
Assist with month end closing processes
Provide additional support within the Credit Department
Manage unclaimed property files and 3^rd party reporting relationship

BA degree in business, finance or accounting
5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Word, & Outlook)
Experience with IBMi

Position on-site at Crown’s Tampa Headquarters (hybrid not available)
