$15-$17/hour PLUS TIPS! Starting hourly rate depends on relevant experience and availability. The position is based at our Fleming Island, Orange Park location. Opening in July! Store hours will be 5a-7p, with 4, 6, or 8 hour shifts available.

Paychecks every Friday!

Our Shift Leaders will assist the General Manager in executing store Operations during scheduled shifts. As the hourly Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading the team - ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, supervising employees, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Customer Service and Team Leadership skills
Inventory management
Ability to perform multiple tasks at any given time
Desire to embrace the Black Rifle Coffee culture
