- Healthcare Setting: Level 1 Trauma Center Emergency Room
- Assignment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
- Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Hours per Week: 36
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: August 18, 2025
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,990–$2,130 per week
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room RN experience, including at least 2 years in a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License (RN license in good standing)
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
- Current ACLS Certification (AHA)
- PALS Certification
- TNCC or ATCN Certification (must be current at time of submission)
- COVID-19 vaccination with booster and current flu shot required
- Submit cover letter, resume, skills checklist, and license verification as a single document
ER Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency nursing care in a busy Level 1 Trauma Center
- Rapidly assess, triage, and treat patients with acute and critical conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize advanced clinical skills and trauma protocols in emergency situations
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all hospital policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in emergency nursing
