- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical or acute care nursing experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
- Strong Acute Care RN candidates encouraged to apply
- Willingness to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- No local candidates within 50 miles of Cumming, GA
Med/Surg RN Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced Medical/Surgical hospital setting
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create individualized care plans
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately
- Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge instructions
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
- Promote a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff
