Direct Hire Physical Therapist Role $80,000-$120,000 per year in Stamford, Connecticut

Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our partner’s full-time team in the Stamford, Connecticut area.

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist:

Provide patient-focused care with 1-hour evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups.
Treat a wide range of athletic injuries, with most patients under 60 and actively participating in sports.
Train and collaborate with local high school teams in football, lacrosse, swimming, and other sports.
Grow into leadership roles by mentoring colleagues and contributing to program development.
Practice in a cutting-edge, athlete-centered facility with no weekend or on-call responsibilities.

Key Requirements for the Physical Therapist:

Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience; sports medicine/athletics focus preferred.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a dedication to patient care and teamwork.
Active Connecticut Physical Therapy License.
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Schedule for the Physical Therapist:

Salary range: $80,000–$120,000 (can have flexibility on salary based off of experience)
Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k with company match.
Annual CEU support of $1,500 plus additional flexible education sponsorship.
Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends/no on-call. Choice of 7a–3p or 11a–7p shifts, with shorter Fridays.
