Wage: $20.00/hr

Do you have a passion for helping others succeed in life? At Innovative Human Services, we’re looking for dedicated team members to support residents with mental illness in long-term community homes. This is your opportunity to make a real impact while building meaningful connections with persons served.

$500 Hiring Bonus
- $250 after 50 shifts worked
- $250 after completing medication training
No Mandating – Your schedule matters

What You’ll Do:

Support residents in practicing independent living skills
Encourage healthy boundaries, relationships, and lifestyle choices
Assist with budgeting, meal planning, and grocery shopping
Provide medication administration support
Accompany residents to medical appointments and other community activities

What We’re Looking For:

Some experience working in mental health
At least 18 years of age
A strong drive to help others, create positive relationships, and foster independence
