Travel Nurse Job Details

Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Wyoming RN license (required for Wyoming healthcare jobs)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to start by December 22, 2025 or sooner
Med/Surg RN Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and individualized nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a clinical setting
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor for adverse reactions, and document all nursing care
- Educate patients and families on surgical procedures, post-treatment care, and home management
- Operate and monitor specialized medical equipment, interpret electronic displays, and respond to emergencies
- Initiate and implement patient education plans as directed by physicians
- Assist physicians during examinations and treatments, ensuring proper equipment preparation
- Participate in discharge planning and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Perform other related duties as assigned in the Med/Surg unit
