ER RN Job Details – Manchester, NH
- Location: Manchester, NH 03102 (New Hampshire healthcare jobs)
- Assignment Type: Travel Nursing

- End Date: March 9, 2026
- Duration: 13-week contract
- Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (12-hour day shifts)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1780 - $1910
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
- Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient assessment abilities
- Dependability and punctuality
- Proficiency in medical terminology and EKG interpretation preferred
- Experience with EMR systems (Sunrise/Allscripts preferred)
ER Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with cardiac, trauma, stroke, and psychiatric conditions
- Assist with emergency procedures: trauma care, stroke care, laceration repair, orthopedic trauma, U/S IV and IO insertion, eye exams, and EKGs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including RNs, ED Techs, and other clinical support staff
- Operate advanced medical equipment: Lucas Device, Hotline Rapid Infuser, Alaris pumps, Pyxis
- Follow department protocols for patient assessment and emergency care
- Document patient care accurately and promptly in EMR systems
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
- Adhere to hospital dress code and safety guidelines
