Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN with robotics and orthopedic surgery experience for a day shift position requiring on-call coverage and a WI or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

Operating Room setting in a hospital environment
Day shift, 4x10 hour shifts from 08:00 to 16:30
Patient cases include robotics, orthopedic, sports medicine, urology, gynecology, plastics, ENT, eye, podiatry, spine, and neurosurgery
Heavy exposure to robotics and orthopedic procedures
On-call required 2-3 days per week and every 4th or 5th weekend, with 24-hour weekend call coverage
Local candidates accepted at a lower rate
First-time travelers considered
Will participate in rotating call schedule, including evenings and weekends
Responsible for covering call if scheduled time off occurs on a call day
Scrub attire required as per Operating Room protocols

Requirements

Active WI or compact RN license required
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years recent Operating Room RN experience
Experience with robotics, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, plastics, ENT, eye, podiatry, spine, and neurosurgery procedures
