Local Team Collaboration:

Join our team of eight physicians at the UNM Sandoval Regional Medical Center.
Work alongside a unique group of clinicians with diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds.
We work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure a seamless transition of care.

Qualifications:

Candidates must be board-certified/eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.
The ability to handle complex medical and social scenarios is essential.
A patient-centered, compassionate mindset is a must.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Scheduling:

Days, 7 am 7 pm, 7 on / 7 off
This is a 100% clinical position

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, comprehensive medical and post-operative care.
Provide clinical oversight and foster a family-like environment within a blended, collaborative team.

Living and Working in Rio Rancho:

Family-friendly city with affordable housing, beautiful Sandia Mountain views, and 300+ days of sunshine.
20 minutes to Albuquerque for cultural attractions, dining, shopping, and the International Balloon Fiesta.
1 hour to Santa Fe for world-class art, historic architecture, festivals, and outdoor adventures.

Compensation:
- Yearly base salary and medical directorship stipend is $405,000.
- Eligibility to receive productivity and quality bonuses.
