About the Role

This position sits within the Client Success team, where the primary responsibility is to deliver a high-quality, consultative service to a portfolio of employer clients. You'll be the key point of contact, ensuring campaigns stay on track, expectations are managed, and recruitment targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Campaign Oversight

Take ownership of a selection of client projects, managing all communication from planning through to completion
Lead weekly updates, performance tracking, and feedback sessions with clients
Handle candidate pipeline progress, address queries, and escalate any issues in a timely manner

Campaign Delivery & Performance

Design and execute effective attraction strategies to meet hiring needs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including reports, trackers, and campaign summaries
Evaluate outcomes and share insights at the end of each campaign

Collaboration & Teamwork

Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure adequate resourcing across all stages of the campaign
Monitor delivery performance, ensuring high standards in candidate quality, speed of delivery, and achievement of hiring targets

Experience & Skills

Background in early talent recruitment, with full-cycle campaign delivery experience
Strong stakeholder management skills and client-facing confidence
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
Skilled in time management, planning, and working across cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly
