Insurance Producer / Broker – Commercial Lines / Specialist Risks

💼 Base up to £80K + Uncapped Commission

Are you an experienced insurance broker or producer looking for more autonomy, earning potential, and access to better markets?

We’re working with several independent and growth-focused insurance brokerages expanding their teams across London and the wider UK. Each firm offers the support, flexibility, and infrastructure you need to build and grow your own portfolio — without the red tape of a large corporate.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building and managing your own portfolio of commercial clients.
Developing new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Placing and negotiating risks directly with top insurers and Lloyd’s markets.
Delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs.
Managing client relationships from onboarding to renewal.

Who We’re Looking For

At least 3 years’ experience in commercial or specialist insurance broking.
Proven ability to generate and convert new business.
Strong market knowledge and established insurer relationships.
Confident communicator with a proactive, professional approach.
Ambitious and motivated by growth, performance, and independence.
