Travel Nursing Job Details

- Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (Travel RN)

- Duration: 13-week nursing contract
- Shift: 4x10 hour day shifts (6:30am–5:00pm or 9:00am–7:30pm), rotational call required
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1960–$2100
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Illinois or compact state)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
- BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Ability to participate in rotational call schedule
- Willingness to work assigned shift times
- Travel nurses must reside outside a 50-mile radius from Rockford, IL
Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality patient care in the Operating Room
- Assist surgical teams with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to hospital policies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in rotational call as scheduled
