The Supply Chain & Operations Manager – Wellness Products will Lead the end-to-end supply chain for a growing wellness-focused business, covering transportation, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution to meet growth, service, and cost goals.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies in collaboration with leadership.
- Oversee network optimization (warehousing, transportation, inventory, and suppliers).
- Partner with New Product Development teams to integrate new SKUs into the supply chain.
- Manage supply/demand planning and warehouse capacity, supporting S&OP functions.
- Manage delivery and installation partners by overseeing process flow, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring a seamless customer experience with high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate risks through contingency planning and real-time monitoring.
- Track KPIs for suppliers, inventory, service, delivery and operational performance.
- Build business cases for new supply chain resources; hire and develop high-performing teams.
- Work with 3PLs, suppliers, and customers to ensure operational excellence.
- Understand and influence supply chain cost drivers and forecast impacts.
Skills/Requirements
- 10+ years of supply chain experience required; Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field a plus.
- Proven project leadership and strong business acumen in retail, wholesale, or e-commerce.
- Data-driven decision making with financial and analytical expertise.
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies; SAP/SNP experience preferred.
- Advanced degree (MBA) and supply chain certifications (APICS, CSCMP) preferred.
