Duration: 13 weeks

Shift Type: Days
Shift Times: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Hours/Day: 12
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend & holiday rotation
On Call: None

Job Description:

Coordinate total nursing care for patients and participate in patient and family teaching.
Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient care team personnel.
Maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
Patient population: Adult-Geriatric
EMR: Epic
Position will float as needed.

Required Skills/Experience:

2+ years Med Surg experience – Required
Cardiac drip experience – Required (please note on profile)
Dementia experience/management – Required
NIHSS – Strongly preferred
EPIC EMR experience – Preferred
ACLS & BLS – Required
