The Infusion RN provides direct nursing care and case management for infusion therapy patients in various settings, including home and clinics in Oregon and southwest Washington. This position requires appropriate nursing licensure and certification, with a preference for experience in acute hospital care or home health infusion.

Description

Provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic, or alternate living site. This is accomplished through collaboration and coordination with various providers, the patient and/or caregiver, the physician and the payor. These services are provided in the states of Oregon and/or southwest Washington.

Required Qualifications:

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License. Or
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Upon hire: Must be licensed in states wherever care is delivered.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year Experience with acute hospital care, infusion, or home health.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
