Subcontract Management:
• Prepare solicitation documents, select correct solicitation method, and determine sources to be solicited
• Conduct market research and issue Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Analyze and evaluate Task Order and subcontractor proposals, negotiate deviations from work statements, schedule, and
terms and conditions, acting as the primary POC interfacing with subcontractors and project team leadership
• Provide value-added analysis of solicitations, pricing strategies, contract terms and conditions; identify risks as well as
mitigation alternatives
• Establish, negotiate, and administer subcontracting solutions such as Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Basic
Ordering Agreements (BOAs)
• Serve as business advisor to task order teams in selection of appropriate contract type, performance milestones, and
payment schedule(s) which are tailored to the unique needs of our facilities engineering, operations, and maintenance
task orders
• Develop Statement of Work conducive to project-based requirements, with defined objectives, outcomes, and
deliverables
• Conduct cost and/or price analysis and provide justification for the award
This position will be onsite at Schriever SFB, minimum of 2 days per week. The salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000, and takes into account years of experience, clearance and certifications. Required Skills & Experience
• Must have 8, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
o May be reduced with completion of advanced degree
• Must have 6, or more, years of directly related experience
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of the FAR and DFARS
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
• Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
