ER RN Travel Nursing Job Details
- Assignment Length: 3 weeks (March 17, 2025 – April 7, 2025)
- Location: Ithaca, NY 14850 – Prime location for New York nursing jobs in a lively college town with natural beauty
- Healthcare Setting: Emergency Department
- Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hour shifts per week
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,620 - $2,810 per week
- Employment Type: Travel RN Contract
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Ability to work night shifts and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
ER RN Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient information using EPIC EMR
- Respond promptly to emergencies and deliver critical nursing interventions
- Support the Emergency Department during the EPIC Go Live transition
