Travel Nurse Job Details
- Location: Minneapolis, MN 55426
- Assignment Length: 8 weeks
- Start Date: October 25, 2025
- End Date: December 20, 2025
- Shift: 8-hour Night Shifts (11:00 PM start)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Weekend/Holiday: Rotation as needed
- Floating: Must be willing to float to Postpartum (PP) Unit
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2130 - $2280
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Minnesota RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery and/or Postpartum hospital experience
- Experience with Epic charting and electronic health records
- Required certifications: AHA BLS, NRP, EFM (Basic & Intermediate)
*Basic Fetal Monitoring certification required at submission; Intermediate can be completed onsite if needed
- Willingness to float to Postpartum Unit as needed
Labor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units
- Monitor maternal and fetal health, including electronic fetal monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
- Accurately document care using Epic electronic health records
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required
- Float to the Postpartum Unit to support patient care as needed
