Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care, including patient assessments, medication administration, and ongoing monitoring.
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventative care.
- Accurately document all care provided in accordance with compliance standards.
- Uphold infection control and safety policies at all times.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing.
- At least 1 year of recent RN experience (geriatrics, long-term care, or community-based care a plus).
- Current BLS certification.
- Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills.
