Job Title: Senior Estimator – Dry Lining, Partitions & Ceilings

Location: London & Home (Office + Site + Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £80,000 + Package

We are working with a leading interiors and dry lining contractor who are looking to add a Senior Estimator to their growing team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of high-value tenders and play a key role in shaping the success of the estimating function.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead preparation of accurate cost estimates for dry lining, partitions, suspended ceilings, and associated packages
Review drawings, specs, and tender documents to assess scope, risks, and opportunities
Produce detailed take-offs, bills of quantities, and cost breakdowns
Source and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes
Identify value engineering opportunities to improve competitiveness
Prepare and present professional tender submissions
Collaborate with commercial, design, and delivery teams to ensure accurate project handover
Mentor junior estimators and promote best practice across the team
Maintain and update estimating databases and benchmarking information

Skills & Experience:

Proven background in estimating within dry lining / interiors (senior level preferred)
Knowledge of SFS, plasterboard systems, suspended ceilings, and fit-out works
Proficient in interpreting drawings and technical documentation
Strong commercial awareness with analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent client-facing and negotiation skills
Team-oriented with experience mentoring junior staff
