Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor – Super Prime Residential

Mayfair, London

Prestigious Development | 2 x High-End Apartments | Projects £15m+

An established and financially robust fit out contractor with a first class reputation in the Super Prime Residential market is seeking both a Commercial Manager and a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering two ultra luxury apartments within a landmark development in Mayfair.

The Roles:

Full commercial management of two super prime apartment projects.
Budget preparation, forecasting, and cost reporting.
Procurement and management of subcontractor and supplier accounts.
Contract administration, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Provide commercial and strategic support to the Project Director.
Contribute to risk management, project profitability, and client satisfaction.
Mentor and support junior team members where required.

About You:

Strong background in prime or super prime residential projects.
For Commercial Manager: proven ability to lead commercial strategy across multi-million-pound projects.
For Senior QS: confident in managing packages from procurement through to final account.
Excellent contractual knowledge, negotiation skills, and commercial acumen.
Client-facing with excellent communication and reporting ability.
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field.
