Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong judgment and discretion, and act as a trusted partner in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.

Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across multiple time zones.
Arrange and oversee domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
Organize and coordinate on-site and off-site meetings, board meetings, and company events.
Support special projects and initiatives that require research, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role, supporting C-level executives.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Teams).
Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
