American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Med/Surg RN with at least one year of recent specialty experience for a night shift assignment.

Responsibilities

Position is for the Medical-Surgical units, including multiple floors and a Med/Surg Telemetry unit
Night shift position with hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
13-week contract assignment
No local travelers permitted; must reside outside a 50-mile radius
RTO (requested time off) must be less than 1 week
Candidates must possess a current driver's license
Holiday and weekend coverage may be required as part of the schedule
First time travelers are eligible to apply

Requirements

Active RN license required
Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
No certifications can expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
Candidates must not have been employed as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the last 2 years
No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past year
