So, what's the role all about? NiCE is currently seeking a high-energy, high-performing, self-starter Executive Assistant to support our CEO. We are not looking for just the basic administration support but rather a quick thinker who understands the business needs and can act accordingly with little guidance.
How will you make an impact? - Heavy calendar management and ability to prioritize activities by understanding business needs.
- Make travel arrangements and handle expense reports.
- Assist in coordinating management meetings, offsites, client events etc.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, email, and correspondence, responding if appropriate.
- Draft and polish presentations and critical correspondence.
- Special projects including research and reporting.
Have you got what it takes? - Ability to work in a fast moving, and dynamic environment and quickly shift gears as priorities change.
- Quick study, proactive and proven success in ability to understand the business.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with both internal and external contacts with professionalism and tact.
- Strong organizational and computer skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Salesforce.com a plus)
- Excellent communication (written/presentation) skills and high energy.
- Work independently, with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and customer-focused
- Proven ability to always think "one step ahead."
- Flexible and able to act under pressure with minimal guidance and feedback
- Bachelor's in marketing, Business or Finance background preferred OR 5 plus years in a similar role
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
