Senior Executive Assistant - Growth

A growing Kforce client located in the Boston, (MA) area need to hire an experienced Senior Executive Assistant - Growth to support the Executive Team Leaders. The Senior Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, handle expenses, and support team events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Concur, and SAP. Maintaining discretion in all interactions. Client offers salary and benefits. This position is scheduled as on site, but eligible for hybrid working arrangements.

7-10 years of experience supporting C-level executives
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and discretion
Experience in global organizations
Knowledgeable MS Office Suite products, (Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint), MS Teams SharePoint and Smartsheet
Presentation skills should be exceptional, also verbal and written
SAP and Concur experience is a plus but not required
Occasional travel may be required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
