Voca Job ID#17195501; Must have 3 years of experience in specialty; Must have charge experience; No first time travelers; Job Duties: Oversees the entire dialysis treatment process and dept. Conducts head-to-toe patient assessments before, during, and after treatment. Develops and adjusts dialysis care plans. Administers medications, including heparin. Responds to complications (e.g., hypotension, clotting, adverse reactions). Educates patients on dialysis care, diet, and lifestyle. Supervises dialysis technicians. Maintains compliance and safety with regulations and policies; Cerner charting; 100 mile radius rule; MN license required
